1.believe sb 含义是相信某人的话；相信某人所为
I don't believe you!
我不相信你的话！
I believe in you,but I don’t believe you this time.
我对你是信任的，但这件事上面，我不信你说的。

believe sth含义是相信这事是真的，相信这话是真的
