Hey everyone, welcome back to another fun and easy English lesson.

大家好,欢迎回来参加另一堂有趣又简单的英语课。

Have you ever come across sentences like, I have had a busy day or she has had a headache since morning and you're like, why is have and had or has and had together in one sentence?

你是否遇到过这样的句子,比如“I have had a busy day”或者“she has had a headache since morning”,然后疑惑为什么“have”和“had”或者“has”和“had”会出现在同一个句子里?

Well, you're not alone.

别担心,你不是一个人。

Many English learners get confused when they see have had and has had in one sentence.

许多英语学习者在看到“have had”和“has had”出现在同一句子里时都会感到困惑。

But don't worry, today I'm going to break it down for you in the simplest way possible.

但不用担心,今天我会用最简单的方式为你解析。

By the end of this lesson, you will be using these structures confidently in your own conversations.

在本课结束时,你将能够自信地在自己的对话中使用这些结构。

I'm Ananya, your English trainer.

我是 Ananya,你的英语培训师。

Come on, let's get started.

来吧,我们开始吧。

Now, before we talk about have had and has had, let's first understand how have, has and had work individually in one sentence.

在讨论“have had”和“has had”之前,我们先来理解“have”、“has”和“had”在句子中的单独用法。

Now, both have and has show possession, that means ownership or actions or habits.

“Have”和“has”都表示拥有,也就是所有权、动作或习惯。

Now we use have with subjects like I, you, we, they.

我们在主语是“I”、“you”、“we”、“they”时使用“have”。

For example, I have an apple.

例如:I have an apple.

It means I own an apple. It shows possession.

这表示我拥有一个苹果,体现了所有权。

We use has with he, she, and it.

我们在主语是“he”、“she”和“it”时使用“has”。

Example, she has a pet dog.

例如:She has a pet dog.

She owns a dog.

这表示她拥有一只狗。

Now have and has are also used for actions and habits.

此外,“have”和“has”也用于表示动作和习惯。

Example, they have breakfast at 8 am.

例如:They have breakfast at 8 am.

It's a daily habit.

这表示一个日常习惯。

She has a meeting at noon. It's a scheduled event.

She has a meeting at noon. 这表示一个预定的事件。

So remember, have and has are used in the present to talk about what someone owns or what someone does.

所以请记住,“have”和“has”用于现在时,表示某人拥有的东西或某人做的事情。

Now coming to had.

现在来说“had”。

Had is the past form of have and has.

“Had”是“have”和“has”的过去式。

We use had when talking about something that existed or happened in the past.

我们在谈论过去存在或发生的事情时使用“had”。

Example, I had a bicycle when I was a kid.

例如:I had a bicycle when I was a kid.

This means I owned a bicycle in the past, but not now.

这表示我小时候拥有一辆自行车,但现在没有了。

She had a great time at the party.

She had a great time at the party.

Here we are talking about her experience in the past.

这里我们在谈论她过去的经历。

They had breakfast early today.

They had breakfast early today.

Now this is a completed action in the past.

这是一个已经完成的过去动作。

So, had is used for the past, whether it's possession, which means something you owned or an action, which means something you did.

所以,“had”用于过去时,无论是表示所有权(即曾经拥有的东西)还是表示动作(即曾经做过的事情)。

Now that we have understood have, has, and had separately, let's move on to the main topic of today's lesson.

现在我们已经分别理解了“have”、“has”和“had”,让我们进入今天课程的重点。

Why do we use have had and has had together in a sentence?

为什么我们会在一个句子中使用“have had”和“has had”?

When we say have had or has had, we use the present perfect tense.

当我们说“have had”或“has had”时,我们使用的是现在完成时。

For example, I have an apple in my bag.

例如:I have an apple in my bag.

Now, this is simple present tense and it shows possession.

这是一般现在时,表示所有权。

It shows what I own.

它表示我拥有的东西。

I own an apple.

我拥有一个苹果。

But when I say I have had an apple. Do I have the apple now in my bag?

但当我说“I have had an apple”时,我现在的包里还有苹果吗?

No. Maybe I have eaten it.

没有,可能我已经吃掉了。

So the action of eating is finished in the past and its effect is still in the present.

所以,吃苹果的动作发生在过去,但它的影响仍然存在于现在。

This means I am not hungry now.

这意味着我现在不饿了。

Similarly, if we change the subject to he or she, he has an apple in the bag.

类似地,如果我们把主语换成“he”或“she”,那么:He has an apple in the bag.

He has had an apple.

他吃了一个苹果。

Possibly he has eaten the apple.

可能他已经吃掉了苹果。

Or she has an apple.

或者:She has an apple.

She has had an apple.

她吃了一个苹果。

I hope everything is clear until now.

希望到目前为止一切都清楚了。

Now take a look at this sentence.

现在来看这个句子。

I have an apple in the morning.

我早上吃一个苹果。

Now this sentence shows my habit.

这个句子表示我的习惯。

It shows what I do every morning.

它说明了我每天早上都会做的事情。

But if I say I eat an apple in the morning, does the meaning change?

但是如果我说我早上吃了一个苹果,意思会改变吗?

The meaning of the sentence remains the same.

句子的意思保持不变。

This is an exception.

这是一个例外。

Have is generally used to show possession or ownership.

“Have”通常用于表示拥有或占有。

But we can replace it with the action eat.

但我们可以用“eat”来替换它。

So if I have to use have and had together, I can say I have had an apple.

所以如果我必须同时使用“have”和“had”,我可以说“I have had an apple.”

Note one thing. In this sentence, we cannot add in the morning because this is a present perfect tense.

请注意一点。在这个句子中,我们不能加“in the morning”,因为这是现在完成时。

And in present perfect tense sentences, time is not important.

在现在完成时的句子中,时间并不重要。

It doesn't matter when I ate the apple.

我什么时候吃的苹果并不重要。

Alright. Now to summarize, we use have or has plus had for two things.

好了,总结一下,我们在两种情况下使用“have”或“has”加“had”。

First, we use it when something started in the past but is still relevant now.

第一,我们用它来表示某件事在过去开始,但现在仍然相关。

And second, it's used to describe experiences or things that have happened over time.

第二,它用于描述经历或随着时间发生的事情。

Come on, let's take a look at some examples.

来吧,我们来看一些例子。

I have had this phone for five years. This means I got it in the past and I still have it.

我已经用了这部手机五年了。这意味着我在过去买了它,现在仍然在用。

The effect is still there in the present.

它的影响仍然存在于现在。

She has had a headache since this morning.

她从今天早上开始就一直头疼。

This means her headache started earlier and it's still there.

这意味着她的头疼从之前就开始了,现在仍然存在。

They have had this problem for months.

他们已经有这个问题好几个月了。

Which means the problem started months ago and still exists.

这意味着问题从几个月前就开始了,现在仍然存在。

We have had a wonderful relationship for many years.

我们多年来一直保持着良好的关系。

This means our relationship started in the past and continues to be good.

这意味着我们的关系从过去开始,并且一直很好。

Now all these sentences describe that something started in the past but is still relevant now.

所有这些句子都描述了某件事在过去开始,但现在仍然相关。

Now you might wonder why have I used time expressions with have had or has had. Kindly understand.

现在你可能会疑惑,为什么我在“have had”或“has had”中使用了时间表达?请理解。

In all these sentences, we are talking about someone's state or possession and not an action.

在所有这些句子中,我们谈论的是某人的状态或拥有的东西,而不是一个动作。

So when we use "have has" or "has had" to show possession or a state, we use time expressions.

所以当我们用“have had”或“has had”来表示拥有或状态时,我们会使用时间表达。

But when the sentence has some action, we do not use time expressions in present perfect.

但当句子中包含某个动作时,在现在完成时中我们不会使用时间表达。

Now let's look at some examples to describe experiences or things that have happened over time.

现在让我们来看一些描述经历或随着时间发生的事情的例子。

For example, I have had many opportunities to improve my English.

例如,我曾有过许多提高英语的机会。

This means over time I have received many chances to do it.

这意味着随着时间的推移,我得到了很多这样的机会。

She has had several job interviews this week.

她本周已经参加了几次工作面试。

Which means she has attended many interviews, multiple interviews over time.

这意味着她已经参加了多次面试,经历了多个面试过程。

They have had many discussions about buying a new house.

他们已经多次讨论过买新房子的事情。

Here it means they talked about it multiple times in the past and it's still a topic of discussion.

这里的意思是,他们在过去多次谈论过这个话题,现在仍然在讨论。

He has had a lot of ups and downs in his career.

他在职业生涯中经历了很多起起落落。

Here it means he experienced good and bad moments throughout his career.

这里的意思是,他在职业生涯中经历了好坏交替的时刻。

This means something that happened over time.

这意味着某件事是随着时间发生的。

Now let's test your understanding.

现在让我们来测试一下你的理解。

Let's see how much you have understood this lesson.

You have five sentences on your screen.

你的屏幕上有五个句子。

You have to fill the blanks with either "have had" or "has had".

你需要用“have had”或“has had”填空。

It will depend on the subject.

这取决于主语。

Come on, let's solve the first one together.

来吧,我们一起解决第一个。

I have had a tough week at work.

我这周的工作很辛苦。

The subject is I. So I'm going to use have had.

主语是“I”,所以我要用“have had”。
