黑龙江公安警官职业学院，位于黑龙江省哈尔滨市，前身是黑龙江大学警官学院。

学校于1946年建校，后于2003年3月，经黑龙江省人民政府批准成立黑龙江公安警官职业学院。2009年4月，经黑龙江省机构编制委员会批准，更名为黑龙江省公安厅人民警察训练中心。2010年4月，经黑龙江省机构编制委员批准，同意加挂黑龙江公安警官职业学院牌子。

黑龙江省公安厅人民警察训练中心（黑龙江公安警官职业学院）是黑龙江省中级警官的培训基地，也是黑龙江省唯一一所培养公安专门人才的高等院校。并且于2017年面向全国统一招生。

Heilongjiang Public Security Police Vocational College, formerly known as Heilongjiang University Police College, is located in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.

The school was founded in 1946. In March 2003, Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of Heilongjiang Public Security Officers Vocational College. Approved by the Commission for Public Sector Reform of Heilongjiang Province in April 2009, it was renamed People's Police Training Center of Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department. In April 2010, Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Officers Vocational College was approved by Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of Institutional Establishment.

Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department People's Police Training Center (Heilongjiang Public Security Officers Vocational College) is the training base for intermediate police officers in Heilongjiang Province, and it is also the only higher education institution in Heilongjiang Province that trains specialized police personnel. In 2017, students will be enrolled nationwide.
